How To Transfer Etisalat Balance in UAE?
This is a very easy way to share balance on any number from Etisalat which is known to millions of people but not to some new users. You have to follow each step after which you can easily share the balance with your friends or relatives.
Method 1: Dial USSD code
- Open the phone dialer and type *100*receiver number*amount#. For example, if you want to send AED 10 to your friend number 12345678 then type *100*12345678*10# and press the call button.
- A new popup will appear which will show you the details.
- Confirm the number and amount
- Type 1 to send the balance and send
- You will receive a confirmation SMS of balance sharing and your remaining balance.
Method 2:
- Dial *121*yournumber*amount# and tap on send.
- On the next screen, type 1 to confirm balance sharing and tap send.
Method 3: Use Etisalat App
It is very easy to share balance from the app, for this, you need to have an Etisalat app login. Make sure that you have enough minimum balance to share then start the process.
- Open the Etisalat app from your mobile phone and log in to it.
- To share the balance, open the menu from the sidebar, and click on the “Share Balance” option in the app.
- Enter the full number of the balance recipient
- After that, you have to enter the amount as much as the balance you want to share.
- You may receive an OTP after sending the balance from the app, verify it and click send.
- The receiver will receive the message and you will also receive the message if the balance is shared.
If for any reason the balance is not being shared on the other person’s number, then the reason can be found in the message. Many people have the problem of not receiving messages which is a common thing, if this happens to you check your balance. If deducted, it will be transferred to the recipient’s account shortly.
How to share Etisalat balance abroad?
Your balance can be shared with your friends and family abroad. To do this you should follow this method.
Method 1: Dial USSD Code
- Go to the phone dialer and dial *100#
- A list will appear on the screen
- Type 3 for international credit transfer and tap on send
- Type the recipient number with the country code for example (92310xxxxxxx) and press the send button.
- Select the amount which you want to send and reply with the given commands. You cannot send credits of your own choice.
- On the next screen, you have to confirm the credit transfer by typing “1” and tapping the send.
Method 2: Send SMS
1. Go to the messages and send an international number to 1700. For example, if you wish to send credit/balance to a Pakistani prepaid number write +9231023456789 and send it to 1700.
2. You will receive a reply SMS from Etisalat with service charges and credit-sending instructions.
3. Follow the instructions to send the international credit from Etisalat.

- Dial *107*requesternumber*amount# (ex: *107*0512345678*10#) 10 is the amount.
- Your friend and requested user will receive an SMS which he/she has confirmed by replying with 1.
- Once he/she receives an SMS and replies with 1, you will receive credit instantly and you will be informed through an SMS.
Refund and Policy
This service is activated from the beginning on every prepaid and postpaid SIM, so you don’t need any kind of activation. One thing to remember is that as per Etisalat’s policy, you will not get a refund while transferring the balance. During the balance transfer process, Etisalat asks you to reply with 1 or 2 to confirm. If you don’t want to transfer the balance, you can cancel it by replying with 2.
